Binary Options Trading Strategies

  • Martingale-type betting: A martingale strategy consists of investing on the same underlying asset and increasing the investment amount each time the trader loses until he profits from it. Each time the trader loses, he doubles the investment to offset his loses. Eventually, he will make size able profit. The problem with this strategy is that it may take a long time before the trader makes a profit. He may even wipe out his capital in the process. Thus, this isn’t advisable even to the most experienced binary trader.
  • Traders’ Tendency Indicator. Popularly offered by binary brokers, this strategy bases the decision on other traders’ responses. The indicator shows the percentage of the broker’s clients who have purchased as well as sold their positions on a particular asset. Trading using this strategy isn’t advisable because it’s like trading on a hunch.
  • Fundamental analysis. This analysis is extremely useful and popular among traders as it is also used in other trading investments. It analyzes political and economic news of a particular country which directly affects the price of the asset. In most cases, news which exceeds expectations of experts always has a positive effect on the price because there’s a surge in demand of the asset which raises its prices. On the other hand, if it’s bad news, it has the opposite effect. The price of the asset will drop because investors will be selling their assets.
  • Technical analysis. It bases its analysis on price charts of a particular asset. The principle behind this strategy is the belief that history often repeats itself. As such, an emerging chart pattern can be analyzed before making a decision. For this strategy to succeed, the binary trader must know the different chart patterns so that he can quickly predict the direction of the price of the underlying asset.
A lot of binary options traders use a combination of fundamental and technical analyses in their s trading strategy in order to further reduce the risks of binary trading
